  • SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by POWER COILS SRL are collected directly from the data subject at the time of filling out this form.

  • The processing of information provided through this form, is based on your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: to respond to requests for information sent through the form, provide support services, accept subscriptions to the newsletter, send training, information and trade communications, manage business profiling activities.
  • DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits of the stated purposes of processing, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting firms, private companies, appointed by the Data Controller. Your data will in no way be disseminated. The Data Processors and the persons in charge of the processing are identified in detail in the Privacy Document, which is updated on a regular basis.

  • RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS: The data subject shall always have the right to request from the controller access to their data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, the restriction of their processing or the possibility to object to their processing, to request the portability of the data, to revoke the consent to the processing, and to enforce these and other rights under the GDPR by simple notification to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  • MANDATORY NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA: Please be advised that the provision of data is optional for some fields, but it is mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk) and that failure to provide the required data will result in the form NOT being sent.
  • MANDATORY CONSENT: The provision of consent to the processing of data by ticking the appropriate box is optional, but essential to proceed with sending the form.
  • DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activities of the Data Controller. The data will be processed by computer, on paper or on any other suitable medium, in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
